Booking Terms and Conditions
All our Properties are reserved and rented subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Our Manager in Olhão is Ms Sofia Sousa and she is responsible for Meeting and Greeting all our rental Clients.
Outstanding Rental Balances must be paid in
Cash to Sofia on your arrival prior to your being
allowed to move into the property.
She will also demand a Damage Deposit of €200
which she will refund to you on your departure.

EastAlgarve
Rentals
1. A 30% Booking Deposit is required for Reservation. This must be made by Bank Transfer to our Portuguese Bank Account.
By special arrangement, we will also accept a sterling cheque by post.
2. Payment of the Rental Balance must be made on Arrival, PLUS a refundable Damage Deposit of €200.
3. Minimum Rental Term is one week - if a rental is shorter than one week, a one week rate will still be quoted.
4. Normal weekly rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday unless by special agreement.
5. Check out must be before 12noon on the departure date. Check in will be by arrangement after 2.30pm on arrival date.
6. If you have to cancel your booking, we will apply the following scale of cancellation charges to the rental cost which is in line with all major travel companies. More than 42 days before arrival date, we will refund the total deposit if we can re-rent the property. Less than 42 days before arrival date, there is no deposit refund. We recommend you take out Travel Insurance to cover this situation. Cancellation must be in writing (or by email) and takes effect from the date we receive your letter or email.
